  Without preamps.

  ADC 1 very noisy and bad offset
  ADC 3 noisy
  ADC 4 a litte more noise

  VOCM = 2.36V

  Without preamps.  VCM dividers changed from 10k/10k to 1k/1k

  no change in offsets and noise

  VOCM = 2.49 V

  Without preamps. ADC 1 gain setting resistors replaced.

  The noise is gone. Offset is where it shoule be :-))
