Simple implementation of Paschen's law. The breakdown voltage of a gas discharge depends on the product of pressure and distance of the electrodes. The third Townsend coefficient \gamma gives the number of secondary electrons per ion (ions hit the electrode). The constants A and B depend on the gas. A is given in 1/Pa/m and B in V/Pa/m.
