0a69eef393 heteptdig em/v08: merge -c 4102: fix modcount reset 
The seconds counter was reset every 10 minutes, instead
	  of after the full hour.  The impact was only HK.

3d67afe02c fpgas: add module por: Power On Reset 
por is treated as abort
	por resets the opheater

	There is a 1 in 256 chance that the por will not happen
	if registers initialize randomly at power on.

125f9418c3 dps_table: refactor write_defs 
Replace the monolitic toplevel implementation by a
	distributed OO implementation.  

	Fixed some bugs: .comp, .is_tele() handling.

	Adapt hetept_dps, also utilizing the new dps_item.copy() method

ce308a5e1f preamps: draft nocoating layers on preamp layouts 
It was decided to apply Mapsil coating to the FM preamp
	boards on the area of the LDOs.  This is primarily to
	mitigate a problem observed on some 10Ω resistors, where
	endcap metalization was coming loose.

	Further coating may need to be applied to the PEMs.

	Take care to leave uncoated areas for staking the thermistor 
	wires.

	No coating must be applied to areas near the preamp inputs.

295b1d5abb CSA-beau: increase voltage divider current by factor 10 
The values of R6, R7, and R8 were reduced by factor 10.

		R6 = 6.81kΩ
		R7 = 12.1kΩ
		R8 = 3.32kΩ

	While tesing the HET/EPT PQM eptpreamps board, is was observed
	that the operational points were off by a few hundred millivolts.

	The beta of the bipolar transistors is lower than the beta from
	non-flight parts.  The beta is expected to degrade further in
	space.  

	This change shall mitigate most of beta deficiencies, but a
	thorough  WCA will probably reveal that the preamps may still
	degrade at EOL.

	There are 20 CSA in HET/EPT, each drawing additional 0.5mA, from
	±6V supplies, resulting in additional power consumption of

		20*150%*12V*0.5mA = 180mW
