stephan 60174f749a sirena_ana: invert SCLK 
The FM shadc board has a bug in the polatity of the SCLK LVDS receiver.
	Since that board is staked and coated, fixing that bug is easier to do
	on the change4ana board.
	Thus, we invert the SCLK here too.
